I think if particularly journalists and other opinion makers understood what’s behind the concept of ‚narrative compression‘ and changed how they portray the current state of the world, eg in their reporting on #LongCovid, we‘d have a lot to gain in terms of our collective health (and democracy).

Diese Korrelationen(!) mögen ja sogar korrekt gemessen sein. Aber m.E. ist das Framing im Paper nicht: Dies sind die (nachvollziehbaren) Folgen einer körperlichen Erkrankung, die uns zeigen, dass Long COVID bessere Behandlung braucht. Sondern: Bitte positiv denken & weniger um sich selbst kreisen!
