UK Internal Market Act is basically WMs veto on anything they don't like and want to put a stop to even if it's within the devolved competence of HR, tell me again how this is a union of equals when the largest country holds power to say no to the rest.

Unionists are moaning about the number of asylum seekers who are sent to Glasgow. Actually more than 90% of those in Scotland are now housed there.
"Swinney's to blame!", "It's the SNP Glasgow council!", "It's the Scottish Government!".
