Yesterday, an ICE officer violently threw a young mother to the ground at 26 Federal Plaza in front of her 2 children—sending her to the hospital.
This assault is a blatant violation of her rights.
@NYCComptroller.bsky.social and I have referred this officer to AG Bondi for criminal investigation.
