Yes. The hardest part is that the school can do all they can, but if the caregivers don't reinforce/help, the behaviors can and will continue.

unfortunately, these days if you're running a social media company that becomes at all successful, you are absolutely becoming a moving part in people's careers and how they pay their bills. I hate this reality but it is real, and tantrums like this can actually ruin people's lives.
