This is going to be incredible! You don't want to miss it.
Long before the Sudanese revolution, and the visual renaissance it sparked, Sudanese photographers were already crafting rich, intimate portals into the country’s people, cultures and histories 📸🇸🇩 #Workshops4Sudan #SudaneseCulture

Remember: The GOP uses dangerous smears against trans people, immigrants, and people of color to deflect attention from the near record share of the nation’s income and wealth now going to the richest Americans.

Don't let them get away with it.

As an organizer since my teen years, I can say 2 things with certainty:

1. I have never in my life witnessed this level of violent open hatred and targeting of people at intersecting margins.

2. The struggle is older than me - our elders have seen, struggled against & survived worse.

Despite patriarchy's persistence, growing numbers of men believe they have it worse off than women. And, new research shows this "male victimhood" ideology is most common among men who aren't facing hardship. Which means what they're really feeling is status loss. 1/

Research published in Sex Roles suggests that male victimhood ideology among South Korean men is driven more by perceived socioeconomic status decline rather than objective economic hardship.

So I feel cliche saying "pillars of the community," but I don't know how to describe Al and Katherine other than as pillars of the community who are always kind and thoughtful, know everyone, and are constantly helping out. They lost their home of 35 years.

The problem with millennials and Gen Z isn't TikTok. It's that we're not half as delusional as our parents. We recognize patterns a lot easier. We know who burns villages just to acquire the land. We know who destroys the food supply. We know who breaks treaties. We know who profits from genocide.
