Not acceptable behavior from our federal law enforcement officers...
If ICE can make warrantless arrests (they can & are), then anyone (well, anyone an ICE officer thinks doesn't *look* American) needs to carry their passports at all times, or risk wrongful arrest & potential imprisonment (until your can be release secured). How is this acceptable in America?
