I’ve gotten a lot of new followers so I just want to let y’all know that I am extremely pro-Palestine, disabled and angry about the ongoing pandemic, and very politically radical. If this annoys you or you’re going to be annoying about it, please unfollow me!

I know or am familiar with a lot of people in the tabletop rpg space. The people I trust in the space are far fewer in number. Every hobby, art form, or group has issues, but I’ve watched these particular issues play out from a distance and up close over many years and the patterns are depressing.

The audacity to anthropomorphize machines being built by corporations
--stealing data
--exploiting the labor of the people who are actually the "undesirables" under eugenic thought
--killing the environment,

and then compare criticisms of such eugenic practices to, wait for it, eugenics.

A someone who has written extensively about the eugenic roots that permeates those who claim to be building so-called artificial general intelligence, I'm here to tell you to please NOT compare criticism against corporations claiming to build a machine god, with eugenics. The audacity.
if you're writing a sentence that sounds like eugenics but you go "oh that's fine to say because it's not a real person" (whatever that means) you may want to consider what made you okay with saying that.

Breeedo has agonized over whether or not to share for so long.
I believe Breeedo.
I know what happened to me & Candace
And I believe the other people who have confided issues with Noir.

Noir's lack of accountability and patterns of DARVO + career sabotage with Black women and queers must stop.

I fucking hate this so much. I hate this so fucking much, but I can't continue to stay silent anymore while my integrity is continuing to be misconstrued and people keep getting hurt. This statement details my experiences while living with Noir Enigma (@/thenoirenigma) when I was homeless.
My Experience w/ Noir Enigma
01/20/2025 I’m writing about my experience with thenoirenigma, or Noir Enigma. His partner, AJ Fox (pahnita), will be included in this statement, but I want to make clear that I don’t harbor anything ...

Unfortunate update: Link reached out to BlueSky and got email back now on reason.

His appeal is denied. He will remain permanently banned on BlueSky’s side.

Here are the screenshots he just sent me as of 8:22 AM EST(my time)
A screenshot of an email from the Bluesky Moderation Team with the subject line “Bluesky Account Behavior” sent at 22:15. The email states that a Bluesky account controlled by the recipient, with the handle @spacelawshitpost.me, posted a reply with an image where the alt text reads: Charlie Kirk sitting in a white T-shirt that says “Freedom.” A negative consequence follows. The email indicates this post violates Community Guidelines regarding violent or threatening speech, specifically listing threats of violence or physical harm against individuals, groups, institutions, or the general public, and incitement of self-harm or suicide. A screenshot of an email continuation from the Bluesky Moderation Team displaying a bulleted list of Community Guidelines violations. The first bullet point describes threats of violence or physical harm as including threats or encouragement of violence against individuals, groups, institutions, or the general public. The second bullet point defines incitement of self-harm or suicide as content that encourages self-harm or suicide. The third bullet point explains wishes of harm as expressions of a desire for harm directed at a specific person or group. Below the bullets, a paragraph states that users may not use Bluesky to break the law or cause harm to others and that all users must be treated with respect. The next paragraph informs the recipient that as a result of these violations, your account has been taken down. A closing paragraph thanks the user for doing their part to keep Bluesky a welcoming and empowering place for all users and instructs them to email moderation@blueskyweb.xyz if they have questions or wish to appeal the decision. The email ends with the signature Bluesky Moderation Team. A screenshot of an email reply from a user with the initials AJ and profile picture to the Bluesky Moderation Team, sent at 08:01 with the subject line Re: Bluesky Account Behavior. The email states the user wants to appeal the decision, asserting there was no threatening or violent connotation behind their use of the image. The user explains that the Charlie Kirk post is not a threat but rather a reaction meme expressing disappointment, with no threat made and no incitement of violence. The user mentions they have attached multiple examples and explanations, specifically 12 images in total, demonstrating the use of the image as a reaction meme. Below this text is a blue hyperlink to a Bluesky post URL. At the bottom of the screenshot is an embedded image showing a Bluesky post from a user with the handle @britculpsapp.bsky.social with several emoji reactions and a repost indicator showing Bluesky Elder. The post text reads: how to explain: this has been used as a reaction image to spending $20 on doordashing wendy’s & isn’t a threat. The timestamp shows October 5, 2025 at 3:34 PM. A screenshot of an email from the Bluesky Moderation Team sent at 08:11 with the subject line Re: Bluesky Account Behavior addressed To: Hide My Email. The email reads:

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to appeal the takedown of your account on Bluesky. We have carefully reviewed your case, including the information you provided and the activity that led to the suspension of your account.

After investigating, we have determined that your account activity was in violation of our community guidelines, specifically promoting hateful content or being disruptive to other users. We take these guidelines seriously to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all our users.

As a result, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been denied, and your account will remain suspended. This decision is final and cannot be reversed. We understand that this may be disappointing news, but we must prioritize the well-being of our community and maintain a consistent enforcement of our policies. We encourage you to review our community guidelines to better understand the expectations we have for user behavior on our platform. Please do not create new accounts, since those will be taken down for ban evasion.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I've been marinating on the idea of starting an Actual Play-focused web fest based around peer review for a while now. Today, I finally wrote down all the ideas in my head and am gonna throw it out there to see if it resonates.

Check it out and apply by October 3rd if you're interested!

Happy birthday! You’re so cool and I am very grateful to you for the way you think in public and for the faggot games framework, which has sparked so much good thinking and experimentation in terms of my own approach to game design. Can’t wait to find out what you’re going to share with us next!

taylor swift's new album sounds like unseasoned chicken tastes. before someone gets mad at me, I first listened to Taylor when we were both about 16 and I was in the back room of my grandma's singlewide while Taylor's first ever single was playing on country radio. I CAN judge, and I do.

I’m too antizionist and too immunocompromised for every shul that I could have conceivably attended services at in person and too tired to organize something myself and too raw about the fact that many people are doing the opposite of teshuvah right now to muster the capacity this year.

I’m gonna be so real with you, I have no idea how to observe Yom Kippur this year. it is usually one of the most meaningful days of the year for me and this year it feels impossible for me to observe in any of the usual ways. I’m usually good at making a way out of difficulty but this year I’m not.

Just a reminder that applications for Intrepid Web Fest are due by end of day Pacific Time this Friday, October 3rd! I would love to get at least 3-5 more applicants for this initial fest, so if you've been on the fence please do consider applying.

top right: a fractured black rectangle where one half is labeled "autism is bad" and the other side is labeled "FACT CHECK: autistic people are productive members of society".

top left:
WRONG
-negating their frame reinforces it
-starts with what it isn't instead of what it is
- your argument is shaped like their argument

bottom right: large image of Kirby, a pink blob inhaling and the "autism is bad" fragment, labeled THEY'RE DOING EUGENICS

bottom left:
RIGHT
- you eat their frame
-starts with what's actually happening
-contains and explains what they're doing
-your argument is shaped like kirby

I struggle to think of an editorial board that's been more overtly racist and genocidal that the NY Times one.

This is on the level of Putinist bullshit about denazifying Ukraine.
NYT editorial board calls for deradicalizing the surviving Palestinians in Gaza The multinational authority should have an ambitious agenda. It would span the restoration of basic services, the feeding of the population, the reconstruction of neighborhoods and the creation of a police force. Crucially, as experts at the Wilson Center in Washington have argued, this authority should create a program in schools, the media and elsewhere "to remove Hamas's pervasive radicalizing influence over Gazan society." Another task would be disarming any Hamas fighters who keep fighting. Qatar, given its longtime relationship with Hamas, can help pressure the group, much as the United States can pressure Israel. There are historical antecedents for an international mission along these lines. Deradicalization programs succeeded in Germany and Japan after World War II, and multinational police forces have operated in Bosnia, Kosovo, Haiti and elsewhere. Of course, these efforts come with dangers. Participating countries would risk having their personnel become targets for Hamas.

one of the frontlines to democracy exists in Broadview, IL. if you're white like me and think you would have had the courage to resist Jim Crow, or if you think you would have stood with your favorite historical figure resisting oppression, guess what Chicago, you have an opportunity to show us. 🧵

for real though, at home I'll be saying things in the nastiest most graphic words you've ever heard and in public I'm like "he was in quite a state... *lowered voice* do you take my meaning?"

my current therapist, a fantastic person who Gets It on many many levels, was so horrified by this story I believe she at least considered making a report to some kind of credentialing body. all this to say — don’t be afraid to ask hard questions in consults, push back, or find a new therapist!
dungeonminister.bsky.social
I was in shock, there was so much wrong on so many levels that I just got through the rest of the session and then left like well, good thing I know that’s bullshit and I’m not gonna let this invalidate any of the progress I’ve made! (She also told me that bi men don’t exist. She was straight.)
dungeonminister.bsky.social
I was like, huh?! What are we talking about??

And she proceeded to tell me that me being bi was like ‘when straight women look at a hot Italian waiter for a minute at the restaurant and have a little fantasy about him, but know they are happily married — that’ll be how you look at women now.’
dungeonminister.bsky.social
remembering how one time a therapist I’d been working with for years, who I’d chosen bc of her alleged competence with queer clients in the south, told me in our final session together (planned, I was moving) that my bisexuality was ‘not an issue anymore.’

And it’s not a new issue. I’m reading quite a few memoirs and interviews with people who survived social movement collapses. All the way back people are saying, “oh this is the most intimately tragic thing to ever happen to me and no one could understand that.”
