I think Schumer actually spoke against this deal for once. It was other Senators ignoring him and splintering off.

Oh, choking hazard laws in the US are stricter, so you can't put a toy in a chocolate shell. We have Kinder Joy instead, where the egg shape splits in two, with the chocolate on one side and the toy on the other. Each side has a plastic film seal (the white stuff is a sort of dipping goop).
