Automatic follow-back helps trolls and bots build a false legitimacy, so don't expect it from me.

People who know me from elsewhere who are part of a new migration wave, please don't be offended if I don't follow back. My feed is about as active as I can manage following right now.

It's only a war crime if there's a declared war going on, otherwise it's just sparkling atrocity.

Quite breathtaking story - military grade drones at Dublin airport which flew on the path Zelensky's plane took. The drones reached the flight path of his plane exactly the time it should have been there, but just missed it because Zelensky arrived ahead of schedule:
Four unidentified military-style drones breached no-fly zone to target Zelenskyy's arrival in Dublin
Gardaí are investigating whether the drones took off from land in Dublin or from an undetected ship.

Reblog if you, too, are very trying and rude.

I don't do music streaming, I still just buy music...mostly buying CDs and ripping them to MP3, although I have a lot of MP3-only stuff from TMBG. If there's a way to get iTunes to tell me my most-listened-to songs of just the last year (as opposed to "since 2009"), I can't find it.

I named my fists Rene and Magritte, because this is not a pipe in them. Honest.
I named my fists Hercule and Poirot because they’re about to be covered in someone’s little grey cells.

…also because I prefer to sit in an armchair and let my burly sidekick actually do the physical work.
I named my fists Pride and Prejudice, because it is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of two fists must be in want of whupping ass

rich dudes got freakier after butlers fell out of fashion, like say what you will about having domestic servants but clearly it was some sort of moderating force on old rich dudes having a fancy man follow you around saying shit like "oh dear sir, that wouldn't be very becoming"

In the 00s, I ate a lot of a particular microwave dinner, which was pretty good other than being squishy. I had long wondered if using the conventional oven instructions would result in a different outcome, but didn't have the patience. Today I tried cooking 50 minutes at 350F. Still squishy.

Had this as a kid, had no idea how to solve it, never heard about it again until now. :) (Not living in England probably had something to do with not seeing any coverage of the search and the scandal.)

BREAKING: This is huge news, the EU's equivalent of the 🇺🇸Supreme Court's 2015 Obergefell v. Hodges ruling.

🇪🇺Court of Justice just ruled all 🇪🇺countries must recognise same-sex marriages granted in other member states.

This effectively legalises gay marriage across 🇪🇺
