Just got home from the gym after work & I’m not going to do any work at home. I spend way too many nights taking work home with me and I need to learn not to do that & not be a perfectionist about everything. Americans live in a culture where we center our lives around our jobs & that’s not right.

Since I’ve been sharing my exercise & training routine. I’ll also share this: I do 15-20 minute sauna sessions usually after using the treadmill. Runners actually call this “heat training” & it’s one of the most underrated performance tools out there. The benefits are similar to altitude training.
