Last week, private prison contractor CoreCivic announced it had agreed with ICE to reopen the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, "with room for up to 2,400 parents and children, making it one of the largest detention centers in ICE’s portfolio."

ICE has a detention center called Dilley in Texas. If that last sentence is true, ICE took Liam out of state.

What do they mean by “together”? Is Liam being housed with adults? Or is he in a different part of the same facility? Hard to imagine an extra-safe family area…
