I’m actually feeling a bit of relief that Carney gave the speech he did. I’ve always felt he was holding back since the election in saying publicly what he -really- thinks. If you’ve studied such things and been a speech writer,etc - you know this was a pretty aggressive speech. #cdnpoli #uspoli
