My dad and I matched up in the last week of fantasy football before the playoffs and he beat me by like 30. Now we have the same record but I'm still 4 places ahead of him, and he's in the consolation bracket while I'm in the playoffs. Fantasy football gods smiled upon me for at least a second.

The playmaking leap Jaylen has taken this year reminds me of when Amendola played the slot during the season Edelman had the ACL tear. Two different players with enough overlap in their skillset that they can fill the role asked of them in a different, but still focused, way that leads to winning.

Looked up FTA/Game and OPP FTA/Game to see if I was really just a homer and didn't like the whistle my team gets, but it looks like the numbers actually do bear out what I thought- the Lakers get the benefit of the whistle and the Celtics absolutely do not.
