Sasha points out that with the equation the US is using for deciding these Tariffs, and with its baseline of 10% no matter what, the UK, who presently charges LESS than 10%, could casually just up our tariff on US goods to 20% with no negative affect on UK exports to the US.

If a deranged president intentionally destroying the country's economy with a ludicrous obsession (and misunderstanding) of tariffs *isn't* justification for invoking the 25th Amendment, I honestly can't imagine any scenario that would be.
