I think it’s important for our side to realize that, No, that salute doesn’t bother them. This is what they wanted all along. They have time and time again shown their hatred for immigrants, women, “non-Christians”. This is who they are. We cannot win against facism with hopes of “educating” them.

I would caution people to stop relying on the Constitution as written to have any meaning other than what the people Trump put on the Supreme Court says it means.
"He can't do that" is not a useful response to the things he's going to do. The correct response is "Will the Court uphold that?"
