Measles high infection rate is the reason we have not yet been able to eradicate it. That rate means you need a very high vaccination rate to prevent outbreaks. It is possible, but not with current levels of institutional distrust.
The average person with the flu gives it to around 1.4 people. The average person with measles gives it to between 12 and 18 people.
Measles cases continue to surge globally, putting millions of children at risk.
More than 10 million people globally were infected with measles in 2023, a 20% increase from the previous year.

First, the activist ‘overreach’ mostly consisted of low-stakes, cherry-picked anecdotes. The police were not defunded. Words were not banned. White men were not barred from college.

Laws only exist so long as people believe in them, which is why it is important that you not preemptively accept the idea that you don't.
If I have to see one more "Trump can't do that, it's illegal" post I'm going to snap my laptop over my head - I know you're looking for hope on a hopeless day but holy shit do you not know by now that a law is only what those who enforce it decide? Have you never cracked open a book on US history???
