You probably will gain weight, because your metabolism slows down. That's not a bad thing, but don't use it as an excuse to stop being active. Walk when you can, get at least 20-30 minutes of cardio in a day at minimum.

Shit, just take a half-hour walk every day if you can, because every bit helps.
