Yeah, they’re damn close to enjoyable. But there’s just a bit too much going on in the production to come off as authentic.

Friiiiiday. Arm Day. I still suck at delt flies and lat raises. Fine other than that. Didn’t seem to aggravate my elbow too much today. Onward to a bigass breakfast and some Christmas decorating.

Current status, out in the garage trying up a batch of Benton’s bacon for the Brussels sprouts dish later. Goddaaaannng this stuff smells good (but there’s a reason I don’t fry it in the house).

We had a temp spike not long after this. Split the skin and darkened up more than I like. Oh well. So much for an Instagram worthy bird this year. It’ll still eat damn good. Moisture is still off the charts.
