Visited a few water treatment plants across Iraq back in 2018/2019. We were helping them rebuild for the first time since 2003, or in some cases since this mfs dad destroyed them in 1990. Schools too.

in saying that, in all honesty, the good writing might just be they're finally actually *using* material from New Vegas instead of sliding around the NV parts of... being set around NV... and doing more Toddout stuff instead
