If you're actually visually impaired reading this I cannot actually fully describe what's happening, BUT to the best of my ability - There are three people, in an intimate position. One (Brian) is a blond man halfway to transforming into a Byakhee, here functionally meanings he's got spiked growing out of his head, a weird dragon snout full of sharp teeth, his arms are starting to transform to wings, and he's got goofy clawed monster feet. He's straddling a thigh of, and leaning into person two (Mal) who has extremely long wavy black hair that in places is transforming into tentacles, stroking Brian's dick, and wrapping around Fran. Mal's torso is splitting open into a mottled black maw of jagged mis-matched teeth, and eyes. His dick's pierced. Along with pulling in Brian with a gentle hand at the back of his head, he's also pulling person 3 (Fran) closer with an arm over her shoulder, wrapped around her back. Fran is half transformed into a Cat of Saturn, in this case basically a tiger with stripes made from sparkly purple space and stars, and limbs periodically missing pieces, floating remaining segments cutting off harshly into cross sections of the limb (also sparkly purple). She's leaning into Mal, a clawed hand on his chest. All three look pretty happy about what's going on.

Porn doesn't work great with literal translations so instead have a badly written scene lol: Mal hovers over Brian, face flushed, wearing a darkly eager smile as he holds a scalpel to the man's throat. The blade is dulled, not meant to actually cause any damage, but the effect gets a similar reaction. Brian, sprawled out bare beneath him, definitely wasn't lying about being into the murder thing if his expression is anything to go by. There's an excited spark in the man's eye, a wide smile across his flushed face. Mal leans into it, letting the barest grasp of his human form slip away, void black hair winding at the ends into eldritch tentacles. He doesn't want to scare or kill the man anymore, but he was more than happy to have a good time pretending.
