Plans in motion to turn sprawling Erie County Home property in Alden into a $40 million marijuana farm
The county may soon seal a deal to transfer the 153-acre Erie County Home property to a private owner for $1, in order for vacant land there to be developed as an enclosed, $40 million industrial marijuana farm.
