I don't think Cardwell has earned the ability to call TO's during live ball play. Especially with Doug has already used a good amount of his TOs. Rookie learning curve.

We all see it. And it's gross. So change it.
If you can't get a trade done yet, then disperse some of the veteran minutes to guys that actually have a shot at being part of your future.
