You know what term I really really hate?
"Lazy game design."
It's always either uttered by someone who doesn't make games of any kind, or it is used by someone trying to gatekeep.
I hate the term, and I totally judge people who use the term freely when talking about games.

There's way too much to explore in this game. I found an underground FOREST, but I couldn't explore it because my hands were full and I didn't want to risk anything.

In Yoshi's Island, all Shy Guys are the same object. A Shy Guy's color is decided solely by its initial spawn point in the level. I have taken the liberty to fill a level with Shy Guys to create a Shy Guy coloration matrix.
