ICE deported a U.S. citizen who was born in Maryland and whose lawyer provided a birth certificate for as well as hospital records of her birth, against a judge’s orders forbidding her deportation.

DHS claimed an incident on Oct. 3 showed agents were in danger of being "rammed."

In fact, body cams "suggest[] that the agent drove erratically and brake-checked other motorists in an attempt to force accidents that agents could then use as justifications for deploying force."

For the second time in a little over a week, ICE officers reportedly shot someone in Los Angeles.

130 immigration judges have been fired or forced out since Trump took office, a figure which doesn't even include the count of those who have retired or quit (quite a few). The Trump admin is systematically moving to kill a fair day in court for immigrants facing removal.
