Most is COVID, thanks to people gathering with zero precautions for Thanksgiving. A bit of it is influenza A starting to kick off, for the same reason. The flu vaccine this year missed a nasty strain (H3N2) that is filling hospitals in Europe already. Wear a respirator and stop gathering, FFS.
