I think I'm doing mental health walks wrong.
I know the point is to get out and clear your mind, think about something else, but my brain always just starts more actively seething and fixating on what/who I'm frustrated at.

Wrapped the ARC Raiders server slam after playing all weekend. 100%ed the slam + hit the level cap. Was definitely craving more quests and the other maps. Some things may need minor tweaks the Il Toro seems a touch inconsistent and rattler a bit weak but overall I'm super keen for the full release!

I think the worst part of being back on my diet is the complete collapse of part of my daily routine. Like I can deal with hunger, that's how I know it's working, but the fact that food is basically the centre point of a lot of how I take breaks while working
