What probably should have been last WIP Wednesday because spooky season and whatnot, but have some SpookyHubert_V1_NOTFINAL from the eldritch fic I wanna start posting on halloween (but dunno if we'll get there)
Really asking the question - can you write smut so odd it becomes SFW?
The feeling of gasping without lungs was a strange one. No doubt as much for Ferdinand as it was for Hubert as the bleached bone rib cage he was laying on opened up, dropping him onto Hubert’s spine. The impact made them both bounce against the mattress, held together where Hubert’s ribs had closed once more. In a response still left over from his humanity, Hubert covered his face with his hands. He had no eyes to screw shut and it only heightened his mortification to be unable to hide from it. “My apologies.” It seemed his voice still saw fit to waver, he would have to investigate why that was still possible later. Ferdinand’s hand cupped his cheek, and another kiss was pressed to his teeth. “You do not need to apologise, dear. I know this is as new to you as it is to me.” Hubert took a steadying breath, though again, he did not have lungs, so it did very little to calm the racing of this thoughts. Wasn’t that another existential nightmare to be dealt with later — how did he still have thoughts? Pushing that away for a moment he tried to focus on the sensation that had caused his ribs to open and close in the first place. Slowly, they parted once more. Each opening in turn, like a the legs of a spider preparing to touch down, but with an odd clacking sound. Ferdinand’s fingers threaded between each bone, tracing the lines of them. Something that was not quite a shiver racked Hubert’s body, making his ribs twitch inward around Ferdinand, the spider now succumbing to poison. “Did you not want to get out of there?” Hubert asked slowly, trying to find what it was that shook his voice and coming up short. Ferdinand shook his head, “Not unless you would like me out.” His fingers still stroked back and forth. Reassuring and pleasurable in equal measure. Hubert wondered if this new form of his could melt into ichor alone — Ferdinand certainly seemed to be attempting such a transmutation. “We are closer like this.” Hubert let his bones settle around Ferdinand once more, perceiving the ghost of a sigh along his jaw. “I could never want you out,” he admitted.

When Ferdinand brought back a jar from his last trip home and suggested they give it a try, Hubert saw no reason to refuse. After all, he'd developed resistance to most common toxins, and stimulants didn't particularly affect him either. His dose was smaller than Ferdinand's, too, because he didn't particularly care for the cloying sweetness. In conclusion, it was most unfair that he- He buried his face into Ferdinand's neck, trying to stifle a moan. "I did not expect you would be so sensitive," Ferdinand commented, his hand hovering a few millimetres above Hubert's back. "You're enjoying this," he growled through gritted teeth, palming himself over his trousers. "Well, I admit, it is not every day I have the pleasure of seeing you so…" Ferdinand trailed off. They'd ran into that a few times — even the tamest dirty talk came to him with considerable difficulty. Hubert looked up. His lover's pupils were noticeably dilated. It was supposed to be an indicator of something, but Hubert would be damned if he could recall what it was. Sweat was dripping down his neck. When did their sitting room get so hot? His skin itched. He dug his fingers into his side, rutting helplessly against his other hand. "How would you like me to assist you?" Ferdinand murmured into his ear. The words went straight to his cock, bypassing his brain entirely. Hubert groaned and uttered a sentence he never thought would pass his lips: "Keep talking." Of course that was the moment Ferdinand found himself at a loss of words. He licked his lips, praying for inspiration to strike and… "You are doing very well." … that was all he could muster. Deep breaths. He wrapped an arm around Hubert and leaned closer, his lips brushing his lover's ear when he tried again. "You are irresistible when you are like this, do you know that? Keep going, I can hardly wait to see you cum." His tongue tripped on the last word, and his own face was scarlet, flustered by his own vulgarity. But he promised to help, didn't he? "Allow me to tell you what I was thinking of when I purchased the honey…"

Her breath caught in her throat as he laid his head on her lap, lips parted. His hair slid to the side, revealing the nape of his neck, strangely vulnerable in a way she couldn't imagine him to be. Dorothea reached out to touch the newly exposed skin, but stopped herself in time. "May I?" she asked, her voice hoarse. Jeritza turned his eyes to her once more and gave a slight nod.
