Every institution has its own weaknesses. And people who work in those institutions will own up to those, e.g. civil servants will admit there are ways to improve efficiency. But Trump does not care about efficiency in the bureaucracy, or free speech on campus. He cares about control. Thats it.

One of my worst fears is seeing disability civil rights squashed, dismantled, never to exist again. Some gave their literal ALL for those Rights because many were denied jobs, housing, medical access. Call it what this is: the culling of America.

- manufacture rage for distraction/fundraising purposes
- drive trans people out of public life
And the logistics of the policies always boil down to Republicans making cis women less safe while simultaneously blaming trans people.
