Cuba and its people have not been, nor are they now, a threat to US security. On the contrary, it has been demonstrated that cooperation can contribute to its strengthening, as evidenced by the agencies responsible for this and supported by political thinkers across the ideological spectrum.

Only through lies, typical of the representatives of US government, one of whose faithful exponents is the Secretary of State, can they attempt to excuse such a vile act as the recent declaration of a state of emergency regarding Cuba, aimed at depriving it of legal and necessary fuel imports.

This is a president who despises human life, who mocks the dead, victims of a unilateral and unjustified aggression. A master of lies and manipulation. What can other countries expect if he doesn't respect his own people? Cuba hasn't attacked the US; but it has been attacked for over 60 years.
