Nick Fuentes, the leader of the Groyper incel terrorist group, has been a continual instigator of violence against woman and others. Despite his denials.

Migrants didn't cut council funding. Migrants didn't cut NHS funding. Migrants didn't close youth centres. Migrants didn't sell off council houses. Migrants aren't filling our rivers with sewage.

Farage and co. will tell you to point the finger at migrants.

Don't fall for it.

BREAKING: Police have confirmed they did not arrest the protesters holding a "kill 'em all" banner outside an asylum hotel because it's not like they did something really bad like object to genocide x

Two leading Israeli human rights groups, B’Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights, say Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. In reports published yesterday, the groups say Israel targetted civilians in Gaza solely because of their identity as Palestinians.

Thought for the day.

I stand with everyone speaking up for peace, justice & human rights — and against the misuse of UK terrorism laws to intimidate peaceful protesters.

Couldn’t resist a swim under the full moon on Thursday. It’s quite magical out there. Not the best of conditions for an iPhone panorama but gives some idea of the view.

Well said and well stood up to this loudmouth idiot! @carolinelucas.bsky.social -

Swimming in Shoreham Harbour when it’s too rough in open water - it still gets a bit choppy but nice view of @shorehamrnli.bsky.social from in the water - a #panorama makes it look calmer than it is though!

Solidarity and love to all onboard the Madleen.
😢❤️
Israeli forces have taken command of the Madleen, with the boat and its crew of 12 including activist Greta Thunberg now heading to a port in Israel.

Corgis have an extremely low center of gravity and the density of a dead star.

PERFECT for skateboarding! 😇

A glorious midday swim in a tranquil sea - ideal for taking a panorama of the view of Saltdean. (Although I was being swept west quite quickly by the tide - one of those things that can catch the unwary out. Why I put everything into my towfloat - can walk back from wherever I drift to!)

Wow! Is there a record for longest thread and has it just been broken? A fascinating read though.
This is quite an odd thread read from a European perspective, but it explains a lot about US Christo-fascism. (Eventually!)
Pope Leo's first sermon and, uh, his using the phrase "be ever more fully a city set upon a hill" and cf'ing it to Rev 21:10 instead of any of the others before saying "many baptized Christians" are "living in a state of practical atheism" is. Well. Shots fired!

Brought tears to my eyes
Here’s a reflective mash-up of “White Cliffs of Dover” & “Over the Rainbow” we made about VE Day and where we’re at 80 years on. Dedicated to Great Grandad (DFC as an RAF pilot, 619 Squadron, Lancasters) - his favourite saying was "the price of freedom is eternal vigilance."

Not forgetting public toilets are you?😉
There will be no potholes, wrongly felled trees, smouldering slag heaps, arses to be wiped, rats to be caught, asbestos to be removed, dirty cafes to inspect, lifeguards at swimming pools, flowers in the park, floods, high winds, fly tipping, old people, dead abused children...
Nigel says so.
Given a lot of this is statutory, we can look forward to some lovely court cases. www.independent.co.uk/tv/news/fara...
