Indeed! But even better they actually worked out a way to safely use pins!

That was down to Francine Burris who ran one of the shops. She got EVERYONE a set of pins colour-coded to them.

Made it easy to both count yourself AND others to check/track missing ones in QA.

Essentially, you purposefully drop stitches, knit stitches the wrong way, etc. And then you practice fixing those mistakes on a project you're not afraid to mess up. It's also great for experimenting with new techniques, and improving your ability to read your own knitting 2/2

The customer left, went to the bank, came back with cash, and the machine is still unresponsive. I took out the battery and rebooted it that way. There is no way to test whether it will time out again unless I process a transaction. Which we would then pay transaction fees on.

I took it off the charger. It was showing at least 50% charged while on the charger. This surprised me because hey that's some fast charging. Turn it towards the customer. It reads the card. It times out and rejects the card. It does this three times. And then it bricks itself.
