Speaking as an anthropologist, I would strongly, STRONGLY advise you to start preserving physical media of things that are important to you, especially racially or queer focused media.

That means physical books, physical DVDs, and digital files stored locally.

Pixar also pushed artists into 7-days-a-week crunch, and right when they were getting to the finish line, laid them off.

These overworked artists lost their bonus, healthcare, and income in SF.
