The tragedy at DCA is so fucking sad. My old apartment was near DCA along the river. I used to take the Wichita flight to DC frequently. I really commend the brave first responders diving into frigid waters to find survivors.

It’s insane that you can get elected to represent your state and do less than half the work. 6 months of not working yet they still get 6 figure income.

It’s weird how elected officials can get excused absences at their jobs due to medical or personal reasons but most Americans will get fired for the same thing.
