It's pretty noticeable how none of the people lamenting the (very real!) pandemic learning losses want significant investments in public schools. If we care so much about kids' life outcomes we should do all we can to help them catch up, no?
mask mandates are always where the dishonesty strikes and the bad faith shows through. It's like, ok, we could have gone in-person sooner with full mask mandates and HVAC, ok. But then they also go on to argue we shouldn't have had those either.
