Alternative to meditation!:
1. Learn a new language. The more different it is from your native language, the better.
2. Speak it a lot. Get fluent, but don't learn much vocabulary.
3. Don't speak your native language much.
4. Voilà! After several months your mind will struggle to echo thoughts.

We're going to need Nuremberg trials when this is over, yes, and to send a significant number of people currently in the federal government to prison. But we're going to need an unwavering commitment to ostracizing the supporters of it, as well. Never accept them again in polite society.

This seems to be directly caused by the Proton Drive app, trying to do file encryption and backup in the background.

If you are going to a protest this weekend, or you think there is any situation in which you might interact with law-enforcement: turn Face ID and thumbprint lock off. Passcode only. Cops can compel you to open your phone with face or thumb w/o a warrant. They can't compel you to enter a code.
You need to turn your phone's Face ID and thumbprint lock off ASAP.

I actually see this as a pivot to using detained migrants in GEO groups's for profit detainment centers as forced labor on farms. It's all about profit, so they'll turn the camps into labor camps. GEO Group gets taxpayer $$$ to imprison migrants and big ag $$ to sell them as slave labor.
I can see this as the pivot to suddenly legalizing immigrants who are severely underpaid.

I was hanging up Know Your Rights posters in the neighborhood and had a nice chat w/a guy also flyering (for something else). He hadn't heard that ICE was taking people off the streets without warrants. Talk to your neighbors, if you can. A lot of people don't know what's going on!
