It's not one of my people. It's some kid in a rural area with rube fucking parents with tons of guns laying around. Yep, that’s definitely what the Constitution says — if an official is charged with committing high crimes or misdemeanors, we just put it to a popular vote. If he’s elected, all charges are dropped.

Clear letter of the Constitution, plain as day.
But the Constitution trusts the judgment of the American people to decide whether the cases against Mr. Trump, as he has argued, were political and calculated to stop him from being elected.
