A Colorado restaurant is helping out furloughed government workers! The special runs from October 6-10th, 11 AM through 2 PM. Furloughed workers get a free sandwich with a side or salad with a protein, plus one free beverage (including beer and wine!).

My coworker’s aunt coming up from Mexico by bus just got robbed by ICE. It wasn’t ’the cartels,” it wasn’t in Mexico. Around Durango, CO they pulled over the bus, walked in, grabbed people at random to question, ptook all of her and another lady’s cash and drove off.
