The Shi'arcs alone are worth the price of admission, but I do not recommend getting the switch version

Actually I guess my takeaway is that a better choice would have been simply to remake Solo with singing. There's already a song to start out with that's better than any of the songs in Wicked youtu.be/x_xJqkzngBI?...

Paraphrasing something that happened earlier: "Do you do that to keep other people safe?" "No, it's to PROTECT myself." --should obviously be "protect MYSELF". Every conversation has something like that

I tried switching to JP audio but Elize and Teepo have the typical unbearable voices so I had to go back 😑 It's really distracting how they keep stressing the wrong things. It's impossible to believe these people are even within 10 feet of each other.

There's a moment in Jenny Nicholson's "Trigger Warning" where they use "pajama boy" as an insult and she's baffled--it all goes back to this one ad that conservatives became pathologically obsessed with. "Soy" hadn't morphed into an adjective yet so they used "pajama boy" to mean "millennial wimp"

Very strange. I played Vesperia with the JP dub so I didn't get the notorious "Yuri with a cold" every time he talks to Patty. But I did notice that JP Yuri is basically a different character, and a way more playful, fun one...

But then I just started the Xillia remaster and I'm stunned to find that it might be even worse?? EC varies from character to character, but nearly every conversation in Xillia (EN dub) has something that feels like a first read, with the actor blatantly stressing the wrong word

When I was a sophomore in college (so 2001-2002), I was sitting at a coffee shop working on computer science homework when this guy with a nasal bridge piercing at table next to me said “internet? I say ‘interNOT,’ man.” In retrospect he may have had a point.
