I'm Frank the Formal Giraffe. Yes, I'm actually a giraffe, yes, I look fantastic in a suit. I'm 18ft tall, the weather is nice up here, thanks for asking

#YNWA
I talked about it a bit yesterday (though keep in mind I'm about 8 hours earlier in the day than you 😂) - but not even thinking about it today

What will be will be

LFC will still be standing at the end of it

Probably the easiest approach

Every now and again I look on the play store to see if I can get road rash on my phone
December 7, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Yup - all we can do is get behind them and hope for the best.

FSG will be making some tough decisions one way or another

His age could very well be what makes this a mistake.

But on the other hand, is there anyone who thinks that Mo back at his best couldn't push us on this year and even next?

It'll be interesting to see how the media reacts to it
December 6, 2025 at 10:10 PM
And while no one is bigger than the club, same goes for Slot. Mo could make the argument that he was forced to speak out because he loves the club and doesn't want to leave

Personally I think running to the press is a bad look, but, I don't know if it backfires on Mo. Some will agree with him
December 6, 2025 at 10:07 PM
I agree with you, nobody is bigger than the club. But player power is a lot more formidable than it used to be. A dramatic goal and all would be forgiven by most.

But if nothing else, it impacts the price we get for him if we sell him.

Its a gamble from mo. Slot is already on borrowed time
December 6, 2025 at 10:04 PM
Running to the press is a bad look. But on the other hand - he has a lot of good faith in the bank, he has been legendary for us

To me it feels like he got dropped because the media said he had to be. If that's the case, he has every right to be pissy

But, no player should get an automatic spot
December 6, 2025 at 9:53 PM
I don't necessarily disagree with you - but I could see a conversation that goes along the lines of "Slot isn't working out - incoming replacement may want Salah here and have him back to his best"

For me, this was all about the gamble of dropping him, and that gamble failing hard.
December 6, 2025 at 9:50 PM
Arne is playing a very dangerous game by alienating Mo

It feels like it was a knee jerk reaction to the media calling for him to be dropped that he finally was - but the sway Mo has, to drop him game after game

If we get the wins, it pays off. To throw them away, Arne may not like how it plays out
December 6, 2025 at 9:40 PM
... Bold of you to assume they're practicing 😂
December 6, 2025 at 8:50 PM
Definitely signs of improvement in *most* of the team. But the lack of mental strength was exposed again.

They need to get some kind of sports psychologists involved imo. Every team knows that if they land one punch we'll fold like a cheap table

Dom, wirtz, and kerkez all good though
December 6, 2025 at 8:07 PM
Agreed. If you can't get behind them when things are bad, don't when things are good.

That doesn't mean they don't deserve criticism though tbf
December 6, 2025 at 8:03 PM
Dom did well, again. Best player of the season for us.

But he is papering over the cracks of a mentally weak team that collapse in the face of anything going wrong.

It's hard to watch
December 6, 2025 at 7:46 PM
If we do shift him, I swear if we don't use the money to buy an immediate replacement for Konate and possibly a long term virg replacement, I'm going to have to burn something down
December 6, 2025 at 7:45 PM
I still don't agree with it being a pen, their player went over his legs after the ball was long gone..

But Konate doing Konate things letting him go down easy.

Any other team, Konate gets dropped.
December 6, 2025 at 7:43 PM
And who could blame them? The drop off is absolutely stunning..

John Henry must be sitting there checking the refund policy paperwork 🤣
December 6, 2025 at 7:41 PM
The sad part is, they don't even want him, and who can blame them?

He wouldn't even make the bench if I were picking the team.

I'd rather call up a player from the youth team.
December 6, 2025 at 7:40 PM
Disagree - they should have been busy cheering the team on for a winner that they could easily have gotten
December 6, 2025 at 7:39 PM
All you need to know is that I get to use this picture again
December 6, 2025 at 7:39 PM
Its our super power
December 6, 2025 at 7:38 PM
Fair. Still small time as fuck.

Honestly, I'll enjoy watching them go down again.
