This is efficient. It is trained narrowly and specifically, reducing electrical waste. It does not replace meteorologists because it relies on them to provide data and interpret the results. Not everything with AI in the name is bad and AI is not ChatGPT, that's just Sam Altman's marketing tactic.

Also points to a culture that doesn’t prepare people for rejection or failure and no framework for handling it in a healthy way. Which also explains a lot.

A lot of this is accessibility (digital accessibility principles like the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). <3 So most of this is the same advice I'd give too!

It's a small portion of the film, but it hits like a sledgehammer.
You don't talk about ten million kindnesses in communities not your own. You feed on the shittiest notions to confirm your biases and perpetuate the hatred.

If you haven't seen the film Nightstalker with Gyllenhaal, you should. He's a creep stalking a police radio to get freelance news scoops. There's a segment that talks about how white Americans only want to hear and see violence on the news that validates their imaginary racist boogeymen.

I find this interesting because I always thought Ryukishi07 was doing the 'the more effort she/you put in, the happier your chances, even if it is bittersweet' (like Higurashi).

The VAs of the 90s/ 00s are often doing other things now. And new VAs were inspired by them in turn. And generally... telling creators you've liked their performances, their work? I'd rather tell them (if I can) than not. ^^ (So sometimes, memories aren't all bad! Or weird!)

-and months later saw that VA and mentioned it. She apparently not only remembered BOTH ROLES, but was like 'yep, that sounds about right' and thought it was sweet that we were watching it together and had such good memories of those performances. 2/2

Fun fact, speaking of memories of that era: Last year, watched Gundam Seed / Seed Destiny for the first time - never had watched it while current. The recurring lieutenant character is Lina Inverse's VA, so my brain kept calling the character "Lt Inverse". My spouse thought this hilarious - 1/2
