Not really conceivable that the police would take up arms to protect the people, but it is plausible that one of the nation's most powerful gangs would defend its territory.

Right now, for a lot of Canadians the temptation is to ignore Indigenous people because the threats from the US seem way more important. This turn to fervent and ignorant nationalism is a mistake. Don't alienate the people who know more about your "country" than you do. Find common cause instead.

I'm so sorry I can't stop laughing. OpenAI, the company built on stealing literally the entire internet, is crying because DeepSeek may have trained on the outputs from ChatGPT. They're crying their eyes out. What a bunch of hypocritical little babies. Cry more, freaks.

The San-Francisco-based ChatGPT maker told the Financial Times it had seen some evidence of ‘distillation’, a technique used by developers to obtain better performance on smaller models by using outputs from larger, more capable models. This allows them to achieve similar results on specific tasks at a much lower cost. OpenAI declined to comment further on details of its evidence. Its terms of service state users cannot “copy” any of its services or “use output to develop models that compete with OpenAI”.

A judicial warrant with key parts highlighted to show it is legitimate. It clearly states it is from a district court and is called a search and seizure warrant. The date for the warrant is not to exceed 14 days. There is a magistrate judge’s signature on the document. This photo is labeled “this is a real warrant, you’re legally compelled to comply” An administrative warrant from ICE. At the top it says Department of Justice migration and Naturization Service warrant of removal or deportation. There is no judicial signature. It has not come from a court. The text over the document says “this is not a real warrant. You don’t have to comply”
