Had a call from occupational health to arrange a telephone consultation. Apparently, it's necessary because the reason for sickness absence is "stress."
By my appointment next week, the reason for the stress will have hopefully have lifted 😂 There'll still be some, but I'll be back at work 😊🤞

Have found it hard to switch off this time on our break. Mentally and physically a bit shagged-out. But it's still been lovely to have a wee break with himself. Friday is move day, so things should start to calm down a bit.

Having an horrendous pain day. Fuck low pressure & arthritis all the way off.
But my lovely Irish MSK doc is injecting my knee with steroids tomorrow, so hopefully we can enjoy Hamburg next weekend without me crying & limping. Then maybe next year I'll get a brand spanking new knee to match my hips.

I have picked up the keys for the bungalow! I know it's going to be just perfect for ma and pa. Lots of room for their important items and just glorious views. Once they're settled, I know they'll love it ❤️
