I spoke immediately after Dvorak’s comments. Her failure to name her employer was sadly unsurprising but typifies the obfuscation tactics used by development consultants. Steadfast City was identified today as consultant for the #500Prospect data center developer.

Board of Adjustment rejected a variance request to allow a gas station to return to 14th & Chouteau. Lots of testimony in opposition from Ald. Page, police, even NestlePurina makes it unlikely to ever be a gas station again

The complete opacity of Missouri's incentive program for data centers means it will be IMPOSSIBLE for the public to know the value of incentives awarded to the #datacenterSTL developer/operator.

Take note: SLDC will not conduct a comprehensive financial analysis.
