If the person in charge of health and human services stands up and calls diabetes an “exotic disease” and says he has never heard of lupus or crohn’s… he should immediately be fired for gross incompetence.

This is eugenics. He’s going after disabled people so they don’t have to pay to treat them.

Japanese netizens are shocked by a tweet from the US Embassy declaring that Japanese people applying for non-immigrant visas must provide information on all social media accounts they have used in the last 5 years [or their visas could be rejected].
Some are comparing it to China & North Korea.

Covid is a novel virus. 5.5 years is nothing in the lifespan of a new disease.

We don’t know the long term impacts, but what we do know isn’t good.

We went “back to normal” to prop up end state capitalism, not because the threat had passed

Is COVID quietly sabotaging our immune systems?
Experts are increasingly coalescing around the view that COVID has weakened our immune systems, leaving us vulnerable to other infections

Today at the DOJ Trump named himself “the chief law enforcement officer in our country” and hollered about jailing his political rivals.

We aren’t sliding into fascism we are there.

It's not just Trump who has decimated your standing in the world, America. You have an entire political party going along with it, and the other doing nothing to stop it. You have media normalizing it, institutions obeying in advance, and a tiny fraction of the people fighting.
