He isn't "losing" this money. This is called "paying tax like a responsible citizen and not hiding your money offshore" and we need to start recognising and applauding it.

The cease-fire in Gaza is more than two months old. But the killing of Palestinians has not yet stopped for more than a day or two at a time.
The Truce Is 2 Months Old. So Why Have Hundreds of Gazans Been Killed?
Since the cease-fire took effect, Israel says it has targeted only militants. But death can come for Gazans while on a family outing or sleeping in a tent.

The USA hasn’t won a major war since World War II apart from minor powers Panama + Grenada. They have lost or abandoned military adventures in Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya+ Somalia. But no country has killed more people or destroyed more infrastructure than the US

Only Keir Starmer's Labour could arrest the world's most famous climate activist for holding a placard

All I want for Christmas is a vote of no confidence in Keir Starmer for trashing the UK's humanitarian reputation

Come on decent Labour MPs, where are you?

Just one poll etc. But Labour & Tories will be relieved to see marginal increases, while support for Reform falls, halving their lead from 10 points to just five. 🎁

Wow. Corruption personified.

The New York Times has investigated 346 people who donated at least $250,000 to Trump and found that more than half of them (197) have received pardons, jobs, government contracts, special treatment, or favours.

My entire X timeline is anti-EU posts from people I don't follow.

Even if I change it from 'for you' to 'following', it switches back to 'for you' each time I open the site.

X is being weaponised against the EU. And unfortunately X is still the public square for European journalists & politicians.

He's 28 so the next 3 or 4 years should be his prime. I think there are athletes whose bodies get stronger as they go through their 20s and after the surgery we must be hopeful for him. He could be our mainstay for a few years to come
I'm liking the way he's being brought back in. The boy's made of glass and we need to keep him fit.
With Jimmy back and CB and performing like he is there isn't as much pressure on him.

It's tricky for the management team. When fit he's our best CD, but is he fit often enough. Maybe the operation on his hip has resolved a long term problem 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
I have faith 🙂

Magnificent first half+ Marti seemed to organise Leics to stop Madsen having so much space+ prevent Mbengue's charges down the wing in the 2nd. Rs were still in control+ deserved a 5th. Interesting subs to put our 2nd string midfield on. Good decision as not any point in giving Frey game time #QPR

Dreamland! 3 shots on target 3 goals and a glorious cross come shot hammered home by Mbengue. Also some lovely moves. You have to say Leicester are not very good. Asleep for first goal, Kone too strong for second, too much space for third+ out of the blue a fourth fully deserved for Mbengue #QPR

A third of 16-18 year olds girls say in surveys that they experienced unwanted sexual touching at school. There are several hundred rapes reported in schools every year.
Dog-whistle and factually incorrect. Ladies, raise your hand if you were sexually assaulted by a boy at school? I’d wager this or a family member is most women’s first experience of sexual violence

In the end Rs can take a small amount of credit for keeping the score down, not giving up and when Boro took their foot off the pedal we created a couple of chances but Boro were a very good team. 3 game week, 6 points, can't complain. #QPR

Unfortunately too good for us. But I'm sure Julien can find a plan 🤔🤔
December 13, 2025 at 4:01 PM
We are in trouble here, barely laid a glove on 'Boro. Boro quicker, sharper all over the pitch. The call for Hayden in midfield looks good with every Boro attack - far too much space in front of our defence. Tough job for Stephan to come up with a plan for the second 45 #QPR
