and any other missle heads as we fondly call them: what is the scenario for removing Trump by military coup? Under the banner of 'coup to restore democracy' how does it go?

I was a bit more blunt in my assessment of Trump’s “crazycakes letter.”

As Trump destroys the order that has prevented another world-wide conflict for 80 years, the best protection from predation for a small/medium-sized nation is a nuclear weapon. Do you think Poland wouldn't have used a bomb in 1939? it's what protects N. Korea today. So much for non-proliferation.

A business model completely abetted by the Trump Administration's budget and the largesse of the "Big Beautiful Bill."
This isn’t immigration policy. It’s a business model.

ICE keeps growing, not because it makes America safer, but because corporations are raking in billions off cages, bodies, and suffering. ICE’s existence is a massive revenue stream.

No one needs to be "impersonating" ICE to terrorize communities. ICE is terrorizing communities on its own with no required assistance.
What worries me with ice is that the public has no way of knowing if they are really ice. They have unmarked vehicles, wear masks, show no warrants or legal paperwork, no identification, and appear very unprofessional and violent. Anyone could be impersonating ice to terrorize our communities.

This has been true since SCOTUS green-lighted this bigotry in Vasquez Perdomo. Read this:

Trump has reunited the world—with China.
A parade of foreign leaders is suddenly visiting China after years away. On Friday, Canadian PM wrapped up a Beijing trip, 1st trip since 2017. Korean president was there earlier this month (last visit: 2019); British PM will be there soon (last visit: 2018)

It took you until Minneapolis? Good was the 9th time that ICE agents had shot at people since September 2025. Four others have been killed during deportation efforts, 2 were shot in Portland the day after Good, and feds shot another man in Minneapolis on 1/14. It's important to keep score..
"Until Minneapolis, I would have told you that as bad as Trump is, he’s not capable of ordering ICE agents to shoot people...at random, and that as bad as ICE is, they’d refuse such orders. Now I no longer believe either of those things."

And now, he’s blaming the operational commander - who knows better. A lie.

And, if Ramsey tries to defend himself, they’ll find a way to call him disobedient and court-martial him.

This is unspooling as predicted.

Henceforth, all Coast Guard parades and military formations will employ the straight-arm salute and the goose step. wapo.st/3Mbd9a6
U.S. Coast Guard will no longer classify swastikas, nooses as hate symbols
The military service, which falls under the Department of Homeland Security, has drafted a new policy that classifies such items “potentially divisive.”

The attacks on the lower courts, especially by DoJ officials like the feckless and simple-minded AG and Deputy AG, are inaccurate, inexcusable, unprofessional, and just stupid.

193. The "War" on Judges
Deputy Attorney General Blanche's attack on lower courts is an impressive combination of light on substance; shamelessly hypocritical; and profoundly dangerous. More people should be condemning it.

“Sparking debate” is the sort of euphemistic phrase appearing repeatedly in mainstream publications that provides cover for the excesses, extremes, and flat-out lawbreaking of this criminal administration.
“Sparking debate”
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is sparking debate with claims linking circumcision and Tylenol to autism, but scientists say the evidence is lacking.

Here’s what the science actually says:

If Mamdani did this, someone from the USG - probably State Dept diplomatic security - would release him and charge Mamdani with a crime. And that assumes the NYPD would even obey an order to arrest someone with diplomatic immunity with no local, state, or US charges.
Not sure why that matters. Us not having an obligation doesn't preclude him from grabbing the guy, locking him up, and then sending him to a country he has no connection to. Trump and the courts have seen to it that we can send non citizens to wherever we feel like.
