Bray is a historian at Rutgers who received death threats after landing on Turning Points USA's Professor Watchlist. As a result, he announced he was moving to Europe. And then this happened.

This kind of harassment and abuse of scholars is Charlie Kirk's legacy and it's only getting worse.

Nextdoor sent a notification about a shooting in my neighborhood. Opened it to a message that said 30 shots fired at Annunciation. That was in August but you’d never know that from the notification. I don’t hear sirens so I know it’s not new, but imagine getting that message if you weren’t near?

Last week, Mayor Frey continued his record of vetos that help only his donors. This is his 15th veto of Council actions, which is more than the previous two mayors combined. Minneapolis deserves better than bending to corporations at the cost of our local, BIPOC small businesses.
