Not lost on me how funny it is that Trump put a 10% tariff on Canadian electricity and it was good and based but when Doug Ford put a 25% export tax on electricity it was an evil attack on America’s basic security and freedom that needed to be retaliated against.

This. Speaking the host’s language under the least hospitable conditions was Zelenskyy’s diplomacy, more meaningful than a stupid suit and tie. Already if you heard his NBC interview on February 16, you heard how exhausting it is to beg and explain in a third language.
Today is a reminder of Zelensky's superhuman stamina and strength. He deflected deeply unfair vile attacks in his 3rd language and kept it together while two bullies threatened his country's existence and repeated the tired but infuriating propaganda tropes of the aggressor.
