The Trump administration's denial of accurate passports has already wreaked havoc for transgender, non-binary, and intersex people.

We're taking the administration to court because we all deserve control over our own identities.

President Trump is now threatening to punish immigrants as young as 14 years old with criminal penalties, including jail time, if they fail to sign up for a government registry.
