I've never understood how people just don't seem to get it, it's *never* been about protecting women in bathrooms (or sports, or wherever) it's about 'othering' people and stripping their (and then your) rights.

A series of giant dominos, labelled Trans rights, then gay rights, freedom of expression, women's rights, free love, free speech, democracy, freedom of religion, modernity, literacy. Groups of people are stood at the bases of each 'domino', propping them up. The trans one is leaning precariously and people at the other dominos further down the line are pointing it out and calling for support.
Underneath it all are the words UNITED WE STAND. DIVIDED WE FALL.

You may not be trans, you may not be gay, you might not be a woman. You may be *lucky* enough to be a straight white healthy man but eventually they'll get to your domino, whatever that may be.

Can confirm, definitely a lot of ladybirds swarming in the UK today. That'll teach me to have the window open when I've got my back to it. Was greeted with this sight when I turned round to go get myself some lunch.

Fwiw I'd say keep it simple, people can always add embellishments themselves if they want to fancy them up but it's a bit trickier to remove extra knuckles, chains, hoops, etc

I see people asking if social media sells books. Can’t speak for everyone but ALL my purchases this year have been from posts on here, and that’s been a lot.
This morning I bought a book after someone posted they didn’t enjoy it much, BUT it sounded right up MY street.
Post them books, doooo it.

Sweater weather be buggered, I'm outside with the doors and windows open, a fan on, listening to B52's Theme for a nude beach, wearing a kilt & the lightest sleeveless linen top I have and I'm *still* sweating.
Am beginning to believe the male menopause is an actual thing and not just like man flu.

A GigerPunk, grateful it's not raining or it would likely turn to steam around him.

A painting desk where little has changed since the last picture. Some miniatures have some paint on them but nothing you'd write home about. Remember, it's the journey not the destination. (Though it IS nice to get to a destination OCCASIONALLY)

Ah yeah, there's another thing, that I guess I should be grateful for - everyone's loving autumn arriving and cooler weather (whIle I'm dreading the reduced daylight), I'm an absolute furnace still wearing sleeveless tops & needing a fan on at night. I assume it's just some more male menopause shit.

Yesterday was not a good day for fibro flare-ups and today feels similar but am going to try & either get outside to my painting desk to listen to music by humans and put actual paint on actual physical models or, failing that, try to spend some time with my old games before they get AI 'remastered'
